Privacy Policy

PressCaddy is a golf scoring and side-game tracking app. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is stored. If you have questions, contact support@soundtrackloops.com.

What we collect

When you use PressCaddy we collect:

• Account data — your email address and a hashed password (or Google sign-in identifier) so we can sign you in.
• Golf data you enter — course names, handicap indices, player names, round scores, and side-game selections and results.
• Device information — basic technical information (device type, OS version, app version) used only to diagnose crashes and improve reliability.
• Precise location (optional) — if you grant permission, PressCaddy uses your device's GPS to help identify which golf course you are on. Location data is not stored on our servers and is used only within the app session.

What we do not do

• PressCaddy does not process real-money gambling. All action amounts you enter are for tracking friendly games between players. No money moves through the app.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising, and PressCaddy contains no third-party advertising trackers.
• We do not collect data from minors under 13.

How your data is stored

Account and scoring data is stored on our hosting provider, Base44 (base44.com), on servers located in the United States. Access is protected by row-level security so that only you (and players you explicitly share a round with) can see your rounds.

Sharing rounds

When you tap "Share round" the app generates a random share token and a public URL of the form https://bet-caddy.base44.app/share/<token>. Anyone with the URL can view the round. You can stop sharing by deleting the round or by contacting support to invalidate the token.

Third-party services

PressCaddy uses the following third-party services:

• Base44 — application hosting, database, and authentication.
• Google Sign-In (optional) — if you choose to sign in with Google, Google returns your email address and a Google user identifier. PressCaddy does not receive your Google password or any Google data other than the sign-in response.

Your rights

You can at any time:

• Export your rounds as a PDF from the Round Summary screen.
• Delete individual rounds, players, or courses from the app.
• Delete your account and all associated data by emailing support@soundtrackloops.com. We honor deletion requests within 30 days.

Children

PressCaddy is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required by law, notify you in-app before the change takes effect.
